We are proud to stand behind every product that carries the Kingston name, QBilliards tables are warranted for a lifetime. QBilliards warrants to the original purchaser that its billiard tables are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If the parts are deemed to be defective they should be returned to QBilliards freight prepaid, if after inspection by QBilliards, the parts are determined to be defective they will be repaired or replaced and returned normal surface mail. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. | |
| This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear and tear or from transportation by a common carrier. All good materials eventually wear out with normal use. Therefore, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration. | ||
